The React pump pressure sensor will fail high if subjected to freezing temperatures. This then prevents the React pump from starting and helps to limit more frost damage to the pump were it to start while frozen.
If your pump will not start and you have a blue LED (which indicates pressure setting has been met) and you have had a recent frost then your pressure sensor has likely frozen and failed.
Buy a new pressure sensor and review the installation manual on how to better protect your React pump from freezing temperatures.
As a temporary measure you can get your React pump working again by unplugging the pressure sensor and restarting your React pump. Note that if you do this, you will need to tie-down the ball cock in your water tank, otherwise when the tank is full and the ball cock closes, your pipe will burst as the pump will not stop operating.
